Coastal Staging and Rearrange can help enhance the dwelling by reorganizing, repurposing, and editing furniture and accessories to create an inviting environment that makes a space great for everyday living. We get very creative working with furnishings that you already own, and can also provide personal shopping services to add the perfect finishing touches. Services can provide direction and focus on color, accessories, and placement of your furniture so you can complete the work yourself. Clients are encouraged to take notes.

Written Staging Consultation Report
Best for the client who wants a detailed guide of enhancements to make for a faster sale. Includes a minimum two-hour appointment to assess the space and a follow up written report that details recommendations to refresh or stage your residence, which can include de-cluttering, home repairs, room function, accessory placement, and more. The report walks the client through the space with room-by-room details.
$200 for assessment and report
