The Process
1. Contact our team of specialists to schedule a consultation.
2. Our team arrives to your location to conduct a 1-2 hour walk & talk discussion to determine the appropriate style, function materials and budget for both interior and exterior spaces.
3. Review the proposal sent by our team, edit or approve & pay. This will include items recommended and selections customized for you.
4. After payment is received, we order the needed items and communicate schedules and anticipated dates for arrival.
5. Decor installation day! Sit back & relax, we’ll handle the rest.

Consists of a walkthrough, leading to a detailed instruction to enhance the luxury appeal, marketability, and photographic image of the soon-to-be listed home. Clients are encourage to take notes
If you’re the DIY type but would like the experience and guidance form a professional home stager on furniture and accessory arrangement, which updates return your investment and what you can do to stage your property yourself, then this is the perfect choice for you. A team member will arrive at your home and assess what is necessary to prepare your home for sale. Comprehensive exterior and interior recommendations will be made.
1 – 2 hours $85.00/hour
Access to the property is required as the home stager will write a complete report after gathering the information they need to assess your property for staging. A PDF document of the staging report will be sent to you and your Realtor (if requested) within 48 hours. Typically, these reports are 20-40 pages long and provide you with the written blueprint you’ll need to stage a home yourself.
